Job Summary:
JR Group, a reputed and diversified business group in the UAE, is looking for experienced and target-driven Outdoor Salesmen to join our expanding teams in both Building Materials Trading and Interior Design & Fit-Out services. This role requires proven field sales experience, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a wide range of hardware, sanitaryware, building materials.
- Identify and engage new clients including contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, design, estimation, and accounts) for order processing and project execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential project opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business reach.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in outdoor sales related to building materials.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction, design, or fit-out market and a good client network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
